Injury Prevention & Recovery Workshop
Fall 2017

$60 per person (max size 8 people)

This workshop is hand on.  I'm going to walk you through club swinging step-by-step.  Starting with the essentials, you will learn basic circles and move into flow combinations, changing directions and more.

My aim is to help you master the basics of this amazing conditional tool and then give you a path to develop your skills so that you can enjoy the many benefits that Indian clubs have to offer.

Indian clubs are truly the ultimate combination of physical and mental exercise.  They create load with speed.  They are lightweight (normally 1 to 4 lbs - sometimes lighter).  Once basic mills are learned, rotational mobility of the shoulder girdle can be achieved.  They're great for rehabilitating old injuries and breaking down scar tissue.  Even more important, injuries can be prevented with using this technique and will help you build rotational strength.

CLASS OUTLINE:
  1. Introduction to Indian Clubs
  2. Demonstration
  3. Hand and wrist warmup
  4. Grip technique
  5. Shoulder warm-up
  6. Basic club mills
  7. Putting techniques together
  8. Q&A

This class is limited to eight students to ensure you get the most out of this workshop.  Cost is $60 per person for this 90 minute training.

I look forward to working with you!!
